im 14 and VERY overwieght, what diet pill can i get?
im being seriouse! i dont want to go to the doctors for one and im hoping you people will help
iv been useing SlimQuik but nothing happened

Diet pills will suppress your appetite for the time being while it speeds up your metabolism. as soon as you stop taking them your metabolism slows down even more than before you took the pills and you are so hungry you can't help but eat eat eat. The food turns into fat because your body can't break it down as well. Over the counter diet pills can also cause bad side effects such as a racing heart, you'll be shaky, dizzy, you have to drink LOTS of water with some pills or else your throat will close up, and there are many more. I wouldn't advise taking them. Plus you have to be 18+ to purchase them. Try eating healthy foods and exercising. You are too young to resort to medicine to lose weight. Slim Fast drinks have fat and carbs in them and they don't fill you up. You'd do better to eat some raw veggies and fruit. Carrots and light ranch dressing is great. Try light cheeses, yogurts, and light fruit juices. Drinking water with your meals helps with digestion also.

The key to losing weight with diet and exercise is discipline. Don't cheat with meals and don't slight your exercise. Unless you have a thyroid problem, you can lose weight this way..

You can eat only once a day and lose weight, but you can't do that your whole life. This will slow your metabolism down very much and when you start to eat normally again, just like when you stop taking the diet pills, you will gain the weight back even faster than before. If anything, you should eat 5 small, healthy meals a day.

Sleep at least 8 hours each night. Eat fat free foods when possible. Get plenty of exercise. Do not center your activities around food. Avoid fast foods. Read labels. Your body is a temple. Treat it as such. Forget diets and pills.

You should not be taking any diet pills unless you are dangerously overweight and taking them under the supervision of a doctor. Diet pills can be especially dangerous at your age when your body is still developing.

did you use it correctly? try cutting down on things first ... cut out soft drinks all types! drink 8 glasses of water a day.. cut out bread.. no cookies no candy no bagels that kind of stuff is what makes you fat... so don't eat it.. next get moving.. walking 10,000 steps a day. you shouldn't need diet pills at your age.. if you are that much over weight then you need to see a doctor for health reasons. good luck!

you shouldndt feel you need to take dieting pillls im sure if you are wery enthusiastic then a diet and excercise should do the trick . this wont happen overnight but dont worry youl get there!
and remember schedule meal times!

start trying to exercise and you can drink slim-fast that you can get at any grocery store or walmart if you eat alot of fast food leave those alone because they are loaded with salt and oil you can lose the weight if you are really serious do not take pills or try doing anything that will hurt you take this from someone that knows i was once overweight and i done something foolish and i like to have died from it .

I have the same problem. Try only eating one meal a day, i did it and I dropped 10lbs in a week! Drink at least one glass on water before eating anymeal or snack, it will help make you feel full!I know people say it's not good but dropping any kind of weigth is good! I should know, I'm working on mine now! Please tell me how It works out!

Well how tall are you and how much do u weigh?
The whole purpose of slim quick is to fill you up to replace a meal!
