Are there any excersizes out there or operations that can tighten the muscles down below? I have had 2 kids and believe it is not like before down below. Especially for my husband. He is average down below. He considers him self small but I guess thats compared to 9 inch men. He is about a 6 or 7. Sorry to be graphic. Anyways, I would like to tighten the muscles down below to bring it back to normal status. Please let me know. ONLY SERIOUS PEOPLE NEED RESPOND. ALL RUDE COMMENTS STAY AWAY!!!

I have just given up smoking but cannot use nicotine patches etc as they make me ill but i cant get out of the bad mood that im in and im on the verge of strangling my 3 year old daughter. I am a plus size women and I know I look good. I am very happy with myself. Some people think I must be very unhealthy but I am not. All med tests are great and I excersize all the time. Just because you are overwieght does not mean you have given up. I haven't and niether has alot of us. So what do you think are we pretty to you or have we given up.

Ok, I have 2 dance in this big thing tonight( I am a dancer duh) and I am on the second day of my period and I feel like crap. Bloated, cramps, the whole deal. I don't have an understudy and I really do wanna dance. Its @ 6 tonight. What works 4 ya'll in getting rid of these problems? Any meds that work betta 4 ya?

I am nervous. I need to go to the ob/gyn for my first time on Friday.
What is it like. What do they do at your first visit. Will I get any vaccinations or bloodwork done. Do I still need to go to my family doctor. What is a good website that tells you about all of this and what to expect. My doctor is a male. What was it like(if you have a male dr.) looking at your private parts.
