Not an OBGYN or a sex therapist, but I am a pilates instructor, and we've had people come into our studio with the same problem. I would say on top of kegel's exercises, you can do some pilates (buy a video, or better, go to a studio for a private lesson where an instructor can teach you the specific exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles).

Yes, there are excersizes, and you don't need to be an OB/GYN to know about them ;)
When you're peeing, force yourself to stop mid-stream. Get used to how it feels when you do this, then start practicing when you aren't peeing. This will help strengthen the walls and muscles of the vagina. You can also get surgery, from what I've read, most women are very satisfied with the results, and it's more and more common. But an OB/GYN would have to give you the details about this and the risks associated.

Kegel's. I have had 5 children and Kegel's work best. There is a book by Lou Paget (a woman) I don't remember the name of it right off, but tells you a couple of different ways to do them.

I am neither that you requested to answer this, but I have had 3 kids and my doctor recommended doing the Kegal exercises. They do work if you give yourself some time doing them everyday for a few weeks.

you're rather no longer meant to take any temper changing drugs in the time of being pregnant! in spite of the fact which you ingest, your toddler ingests! There are no substantially used section effects on unborn infants, yet think of of of what occurs whilst looking forward to mothers take narcotics - they have toddlers born addicted to the stuff!
