I'm 27. I am having that same problem. I am going to the GYN in two weeks. Earliest they could fit me in. I suggest you do the same. I also have melasma too. Do you? I guess our hormones are out of wack. I can't take birthcontrol, it gives me ministrokes. So I don't know what they are going to do.

Could you be pregnant? You should probably see a doctor to be sure. The only time I've ever had them is when I was pregnant.

It may be high blood pressure or low blood pressure, also I can me panic attacs or axiety. See a doc.
