can hemmroids kill you or lead to bigger problems.?

Technically they can't kill you but it can lead to other infections.

When the sore is around fecal matter, that can develop bacterial infections.

not sure about killing you, but they can lead to nasty infections that inturn can lead to other health issues. no infection is good and if bad enough can ultimately kill if not properly treated. Some infections if in the blood can kill, ie.blood poisoning.
