what do u do when u have irrelegular periods and u dont know when your going to start and u start at school unprepared!!

First, always keep a supply of liners and tampons for these emergencies. There are some ones that are individually packaged so that you can carry one in your pocket and never draw attention to it. Second, keep some type of shirt in you're locker that you can tie around you're waste, or keep an extra pair of pants JIC (just in case). Third, if you can't get hold of something ASAP, use toilet paper rolled up as a temporary liner until you can track down a girlfriend at school and get a real one or get to your locker to get one. I prefer putting one in my pocket seeing that you can get liners that are very small and unnoticeable.

Get on birth the birth control pill. It will regulate your periods and you will always know when it is coming. Then carry extra tampons and panty liners as well. Avoid wearing white pants...

don't be unprepared, put some in your backpack and extra pants, i recomand wearing and bringing similar jeans so people wont notice before and after you change. good luck!

Bring a pad or tampon to school with you and leave it in your locker or purse so if it ever happens then you're prepared.
