I am 16 years old, female. (got my period when I was 13)

My period is always regular and it usually starts on the 1st of each month. But I got my period today (26th) . Why did my period come early?

This month I've been eating a little less, sometimes sleeping more/less than usual and not excersising as usual. Could this possibly have anything to do it?

Need to lose weight! After I hit age 30, I can't seem to lose weight. I have changed the way I eat, have gone walking and running and I don't seem to being losing anything. Need helpful advice. I don't want to do any crash diets or pills. Please help!

well we all know how our nipples get huge so we can breastfeed, and now my son is 1 yr old, i wanted to know if they ever go back to their old size or at least smaller?? any personal experiences, i noticed my areola is getting smaller but not too much.

Im scared of side effects. Do you break out at all? I cant live with zits. Does it hurt at all? Ive abstained from sex since I had my first child. me and my boyfriend smoke everyday not alot just once maybe twice a day at the most. We work and take care of our responsibilities. I just recently started to smoke pot when i got with him but he has been smoking since he was 11. I have read articles that it does not effect fertility. my girlfriend gets a bad case of menstrual cramp every month. the other day i was trying to show some concern to yet, yet she told me that i am not a woman, thus would not understand her pain. when i told her that i can still sympathize her, she asked me to find an over the counter medicine that really works on her next period.
