Bliss makes a great cleanser, I think it is called anti clogging milk or something. It is amazing! Most of the Bliss cleansers are great.. worth every penny!

I have had bad skin since I was 11, I'm now 29. I've been to dermatologists' over the years and have had zero results. I went to yet another dermo. and the Dr told me that I need to use face soap and moisturizer that is non-comegenic, that goes for foundation as well. It has to say it on the product. I use cetaphil bar soap and moisturizer and my skin has never looked better. I am very cautious about what touches my face too. For example, I use a headset at work and I clean it with alcohol often. Same with my makeup brushes.

For just an over-the-counter wash, I really like Aveeno's Daily Clarifying foaming wash. One bottle lasts about 3 months. Another idea is to use a cleanser that exfoliates a couple times a week. I recommend St. Ives Apricot scrub, for sensitive skin.
If you want to try a serious skin care solution, I recommend Proactiv (or its less expensive generic knock off Acne Free).

I use Obagi cleanser - you may need to get it at a Dr. or specialty shop. They may have a website but I haven't checked it out.
I'm not sure that the little white pimples you describe are related to your cleanser - sounds more sweat and heat related. If I were you, I'd give myself a really good facial mask and moisturize twice daily. Drink your water (whatever kind you like) and DON'T forget your sunscreen ever (even on cloudy days).

I have bad ance also and I started using Philosophy On a Clear Day Acne Kit. It is a 3step kit that you can get at a Sephora Store, Sephora.com or at Nordstroms. It is about $45 for the kit but totally worth every penny, and the bonus part about it is it doesn't take every much of each product. I have had my kit for about 2 1/2 months and only needed to buy the face wash again. I hope it works for you as well as it works for me.

I swear by Artistry- you might want to try the Clarifying system (cleanser, toner, moisturizer). The moisturizer is important, it actually encourages your skin to produce less oil than if you don't use it.

I dont know if this will help or not but I just recently started using Acne Free and you can get it at Walmart. It is a easy three step process and it works well for me. I dont know how serious your problem is, but I just wanted to eliminate any blemishes and it worked. Hope it helps.

Try neutrogena. It works good but clean your face at night especially if you wear makeup and try not to touch your skin and a little vitamin e will help with scarring.

I use Johnson's Baby Soap bar. It's inexpensive so you might give it a try for sensitive skin.
