everytime i try my hand gets shakey and i get really nervous, help!!

not at all. i used to only use pads because i was afraid of tampons but ever since i used one i have never used a pad again.

Ive never did that because ive never used tampons but u should go to beingirl.com ! It says alot about girl things ! And many people have asked the questions ! Make a username and u can ask alot of girls or ask a pofesional ! Hope i helped !

Not at all. If It does its not in correctly. Once it is in you won't feel it at all. Once I started on tampon's- I stuck to it. I think it is more comfortable and I just feel cleaner than when I only wore a pad. Just chill out and try it- nothing to be afraid of.

Just stay calm. It usually does not hurt if you do it right. THe most comfortable postition to put one in that I have found is sitting on the toilet and bending over and slowly putting it in. You can also try going to tampax.com for some more information.
Dont' worry. If you do it right, you can barely feel anything!

First.. take a deep breath and relax. If your nervous and tense it will make it more difficult and may hurt a little. I would describe it as pain.. Just relax, and if it isn't comfortable the first time just keep trying. You'll get it, it just takes some practice sometimes. Trust me, it'll get easier.

Not at all. Although I'm a pad wearer, I have on occasion used tampons and it's no problem.

Well in your case relax or just give up. But they can hurt. It depends if you're using the appropriate absorbancy for you and if you have enough moisture to glide it in.
