You have the new breast of motherhood, your son is still at the breastfeeding age and you breast can still produce milk . If you are no longer breastfeeding get a good support bra to help those GIRLS from sagging any further because whether they are large or small there will be gravity. As for the nipples they will remain large or long.

honey, I went from a 32b to a 36c from having kids. I had my first child at 17. Mine havent went to a smaller size and my youngest is almost 1 and my oldest is 5. My nipples and areola isnt huge, but its not exactly small either. I think some women get bigger breasts (thank god I did) and some women get smaller breasts (thank god I didnt have that happen to me)

I sure in the heck HOPE SO!!! I have had one and they grew and went down after about a year. (13 1/2 years ago) But now I'm thinking about sending my pic into the Guinness Book of World records for THESE babies! I'm due in October and man oh man. My baby could find her way from across town. Please, God. Stop the growth. Shrink em back down for me and the asker! Amen.
