There's not an "advisable" number. If you're comfortable having sex every hour of every day, go for it. If you're comfortable having sex twice a year, go for it.

It depends on the person, if the person can afford to have sex (time and availability) and if they are being safe. A woman can have sex every hour of the day if she so fits. So this question is all dependant on the woman.
