that is natural. i believe all women go through that. i have that problem all the time. your body is weak during the first part of menstral. it can be a lot of stress as well as the menstral. if you are worried about it, then call your doctor and he/she can explain it better. good luck

You're losing blood, so you can get a little anemic. Iron helps. Eat spinach or take good vitamins.
