how to cure artherities permanently(some medicine)?

my wife has tried number of medicines for this trouble but none has given a satisfactory cure.
she has acute pain and swelling on knee(s)

Medicine treats symptoms but not the cause. Your wife may have
started off dehydrated then parasites may have taken a home in her knees. I would look into the water cure first to address the core issue of dehydration.
