I'm going to Hawaii next week and on my 4th day in Hawaii will be my 28th day after my period, it usually is a few days late, but I want to have tampons just incase it comes.

I am 15 and have never used one before, I've tried before, but gave up after about 5 minutes b/c I didn't "need" to wear one (I wasn't going to swim or anything.)

What's the best one for me? I am most worried about putting it in, but I still want good protection...

or

Playtex gentle glide

Which one should I get!? Or do you know of any others?

Is it hard to put it in? Last time I tired was a year ago or so and I gave up b/c I couldn't get it "in" and I didn't want to shove it in incase I might "hurt" myself, you know what I mean?

my contacts keep getting stuck?could this be because i have dry eyes?i had to sleep with them in my eyes last night and cant get them out again this morning and my eye doctors office is closed. they are one a day any suggestions on how to get them out?they are stuck up by my eye lids wont come down and my eyes are getting really red PLEASE HELP!!! i have tried putting solution in for last half hour and still wont come out!!!!!!!!!

I am 40yrs old and have been on Depo-provera for 10 years. I suffered from the age of 14 with severe PMT (yes it does exsist)! I tried everything from Oil of Eveing Primrose, Vitamins, Diet, Herbal you name it I tried it, I even seen a shrink cos my doctor thought it was all in my head. The only time I did not have PMT was the week I had my period, that week I felt great. Then a new doctor suggested Depo-Provera and believe me it changed my life and my husbands. Almost straight away my periods stopped (which is OK) and my PMT went, I feel fab when I've had the inj, I feel happier and have more energy, I gained weight but not that much. The problem I have always had is that when the injection is wearing off (11th week) I get the severe PMT ,raging headaches, depressed, moody. I know this must be a hormone imbalance but no one is wiiling to help me or send me for tests etc, I want to stop the injections but can't bear the PMT. Can anyone suggest what I can do or who I can see
