I'm a 13 yr old girl and I get very self-conscious and embarassed when someone talks to me or someone else about something relating to puberty. Like this morning, when i went downstairs breifly in just my pj bottoms because I was supper hot last night, and my Grandad was coming over to pick my brother up to take him to football when my mum said go and put a dressing gown on and I asked why and she said because I was growing up and I turned bright red and went straight up stairs and didn't come down for half an hour and I pretty much missed the 20 minutes of when my Grandad was here. I'm completly flat chested so it's not like it's a major horror and I feel very calm and relaxed around my Grandad in any situation. It's now been 1 hour since my mum told me to go upstairs so it's just me and my mum in the house and i havn't spoken for 1 hour. I still feel really shy, embarassed and dizzy. I can't go on living like this and I'm way to shy to talk to my mum about it and I feel so depressed.

for as long as i can remember, ive always had trouble sleeping, staying asleep, waking up and staying awake. i m ALWAYS incredibly tired, but when it come time to where im ready to lay down and sleep. it can take up to an hour to fall asleep. when i finally do fall asleep, i have strange dreams and nightmares, which will sometime cause me to wake in the middle of the night. after i wake, itll taake a long time to get back to sleep. ill sometimes sleep in until 2 in the afternoon and after getting up, ill be almost like in a zombie state. i feel weak, lethargic, cranky, tired, and sometimes nauseous. ive tried ambien to help me fall -and stay- asleep, but i just end up hallucinating on the medication, and i found it to be be addictive at times. HELP!!

I reeeaaally don't think I am pregnant and to feel a kick would have to be like 5-6 months along so that's not it but I get these every so often. It is not like a air bubble or a growling stomach..it is so wierd.

well. im 13 and im a size 38 C!!!! i don't like my chess being so big cause now i cant wear anything i want without looking skank! thats not the only reason ,but i really want to know how i make my breast smaller. can working out help? I did kind of gain weight, or is it just the Genetics from my parents genetics...i hope not. if it is...will it stay that way?

i had sex july 20 the condom slipped off., so july 21 the next day i went to planned parent hood and got the morning after pill (plan b), i suppose to have started my period on july 28th and i havent. its now 30th. is there still a chance of me being pregnant? im confused and fustrated and stressing over this... please help thank you.

The other day I noticed a lump in my left leg near my bikini line. You can't see it... it's just there. It's about the size of a marble. You can feel it if you push down... and it kind of hurts sometimes. Does anybody know what this might be? I've heard it COULD be some type of cancer so I'm beginning to get a little worried.

I'm 20 years old, I've been married a little more than a year. My periods have always been pretty regular, even more so now because I'm on birth control. My last period was from July 7-11th. It was a day later than it ever has been since I've been on birth control but I don't figure there's any problem there. Oh, I've been on birth control for probably about 2 years now. So anyways. The last three or four days I've had really dark brown discharge everytime I go to the bathroom & it's getting on my underwear too. It's not like a whole lot but it's noticable for me. At first I thought I must not have cleaned myself good enough because I had some diarrhea. But even after cleaning myself really well & then going to pee later, the tissue comes away from just wiping up front with all the really dark brown discharge. Has anyone had this before? Should I be worried? Is my system just cleaning out some gunk? Am I just having a little bleeding that's dark in between periods?
