I've heard of a drop in body fat making perioids abnormal..but what about an increase of body fat? Can that cause it as well?

well I have this and I can relate to it I myself have not had a menstrual in 7 months it called amorehhea it is caused by over or underweight, changes in your diet or exercise or just not doing anything at all you should go see your gyncologist because if you dont have a period it could cause you to get cancer.:)

It may be able too i'm not sure....there is alot if different reason's for cycles to be screwy....but body weight is probably more likly to affect your body then body fat.

overweight can cause it as well. also polycystic ovarian syndrome is a possibility. google it
