does it feel different depending if a guy has it done or not? How so?

A circumcised penis is much more attractive, not just aesthetically, but because you know that there is no smegma involved. The women I know who have experienced both say ther is no discernible difference during vaginal intercourse and that they refuse oral sex with an uncircumcised guy.
in the 1970's it was declared purely cosmetic to circumcise infants, and insurance companies don't pay for it anymore. However, in the 1990's research showed that there are some medical advantages to male circumcision. men who are circumcised have a much lower instance of infection (usually a problem for older men) and have no chance of getting penile cancer (which is rare to begin with).
Practice always lags behind research though, so you can still find information stating that it's purely cosmetic and insurance companies hold onto that morsel because it keeps them from having to cover the procedure.
Interestingly enough it is also a class issue, children born to poor families often forego the procedure. Conversely, the non-Jewish and non-Muslim children of the extremely wealthy born in the 1980s were circumcised at a lower rate than the middle class.

To tell the truth, I don't know, I've only been with circumcised men.

I would say it is rare for a man not to be circumcised in the US. So there is your answer.

never done it with a circumcised guy and I love it, so I doubt it matters...

the Muslims did it for 2reasons.its logical.hygiene &pleasure.
