Completely normal. This means you should be getting your period soon, in the next 6 months I'd say. The clear fluid is just normal vaginal discharge. A lot of women have it constantly, some only have it when they are ovulating (when the egg is released from the ovary and begins to travel to the uterus). The white is only dried stuff. If your discharge becomes really yellow, clumpy like cottage cheese, or starts to smell like bread or vinegar, you would need to see a doctor. This indicates an infection. From what you've said you sound healthy and normal! Just be prepared for your period coming sometime in the near future. Good luck and kudos for trying to become an informed female!

Do not panic, and you don't need to seek immediate medical attention. A small amount of thin, clear and odorless vaginal discharge is normal. It turns white when dried under the body heat.
If your discharge becomes thicker than usual, pus-like, white and clumpy (a sign of yeast infection), grayish, greenish, yellowish, or blood-tinged, foul-smelling, or followed by stinging, itching, burning, a rash, or soreness, you might have an infection, or chemical irritation, or possible cancer.

Sounds like a yeast infection. If there is no pain and no odor, then go to your nearest pharmacy and get an OTC yeast infection treatment. If there is a foul odor, then see your doctor. It will have to be treat with antibiotics....which concidentally, may give you a regular yeast infection!

This is totally normal. As you begin to mature, you begin to have a vaginal discharge. It is heavier in some women than in others, but don't let it worry you. To feel fresh, use baby wipes if you want.
