Assuming no instance of severe sleep apnea (they could awake several times if this were the case), can I assume that they will enter REM sleep about 90 minutes following the first signs of snoring?

I have worked the same job for almost 29 years and am changing over to something entirely new. Is surgical tech a very stressful job? I am an animal control deputy now, and am so stressed from it, I have to get away from it. Also is the pay halfway decent?

I have been using the 5-htp, 50mg twice a day, for 4 months.

I take it for the previous substance abuse, to re-gain the serotonin level.

I think I will take this for a while. But first, I need to know about it's long term use.

Can I just take the 5-htp everyday? Or should I take a "medicine holyday" (taking a break for a certain period time) in between?

Is it okay to take the 5-htp for a long time, like some years or even lifetime?

What else should I know about taking the 5-htp?

Thank you.

Not necessarily using ultrasound or CT's but rather actually performing a hands-on operation. Where you would see, for example someone's right atria. This includes throughout residency and years into the field.

Always been barely A cup. Breastfed and now they are small again, with a few stretch marks. THE WORST PART IS now the only part that makes them look full is where they hang down. I look like a fat man who lost 100 lbs. I lost all the baby weight and worked hard at that but still so insecure about my body because of these pancake boobs. (sorry was just explaining why this has to be done) Never had any surgeries, are there any suggestions you have about surgery, finding a doctor, what to expect??? Thanks for any answers (asking again and again hoping for more answers)

I usually don't have a problem going once I'm up, it's just the time when the alarm goes off that I have a problem reacting. I just turn it off and try to wake up, but usually just fall back asleep. I've tried setting two alarms about 5 or ten minutes apart, but I turn them both off and fall asleep. School is starting for me in a couple of weeks, and I want to know how I can actually get up when the alarm goes off so that I have time to get ready in the morning.

First you weigh yourself.. let's say 150 lbs, then .You buy 5 pounds of food, hold it in your hand.. so you weigh again, you weigh 155 lbs, but after you eat it, you don't actually weigh 155 lbs.

Why?
