Move the alarm across the room, so it makes you get up out of bed, and then you won't be able to fall back asleep when you are up

I can only offer 2 solutions. 1st and foremost is go to bed at the same time every night. Going to bed at different times will make you feel more tired than getting little sleep.
2ndly move your alarm clock to the farthest spot in the room from where you sleep. You may need to get an extension cord, but small price.
Hopefully these 2 things work for you. They do for me. Good luck. :-]>

You need a motivation to make you get up...
Before going to bed, think of your next day and think of something that pleases you - friend's night out, meeting a girlfriend, boyfriend, throwing a surprise party for someone special or just going out for a meal at your favourite restaurant.
That way, when you wake up the next morning and that thought will pop up in your mind, you'll be determined to get up and get rolling so that your day progresses faster to take you to that pleasant thing you like.
And by the way, it doesn't have to be something that occurs the next day, it could be two days away, just thinking about it and approaching it sooner is good enough

Put 10 panadol and mix well with 1.5 litre of Coca-cola by your side. When your alarm sounds, drink it immediatly. Wish you all the best. I hope it works.
