i think im losing it, ive left my mates,my job,uni. everything i liked before i dont like anymore, im so angry at my brother for commiting suicide, he left me by myself,what i feel now is driving me to suicide,ive been drinking nearly everyday and started smoking again, i dont know what to anymore. IM SO SCARED TO SEE ANYONE ABOUT WHAT I FEEL!!??

Since a young age, I've suffered from low self-esteem started from fat, now I feel worthless begining to think I will be alone forever, after violent relationships. And I even sometimes feel a failure days when suicide feels the only option.
But I am trying to change my approach ... I know its only going to screw my life up more, for 7 years I've been this way, and now I am just graduating from school.

Anyone who has any ideas or help please contact me, or leave an answer.

I only want to go on the pill to put on some weight and for clearer skin, i know there are side affects but it will result in me putting on weight. I don't wanna be fat or noffin just have abit of meat on me, you can see my hip bones sticking out and i don't think i'm very attractive to men ;-)

I sleep 7-8 hours/day and have been trying to get more hours to sleep, even on sunday i can sleep whole 15 hours. but i found that i still feel "fatigue" no matter how long i sleep.

Is there any pills/exercise to do to get our energy back to 100% on the next day ? I heard of yoga, meditation, but i am not sure what steps of yoga or meditation (in simplest way) to do before sleep?
And for pills wise, what pills or food should i take to improve my condition ?

ive recently started a couple months ago but since graduations coming, i know im gonna be drinking more. Really, how bad is it for me to be drinking? And how much is okay? last time i drank i took a combined amount of 6-7 shots between vodka, whiskey and tequilla(im not really a fan of beer). that really got me messed up. I was thinking drinking once or twice a month would be okay? Is that right?

I ordered a pair of contact lenses today and the guy only spoke Korean, I have astigmatism and Im far sided and he gave me my reciept I paid 85$ and the prescription is both +1.00 this is the first time Ive ever ordered conacts myself so I wasnt sure.

It comes and goes. When it's there my stomach is hard from just below my breasts down. It's not a gassy feeling, and I'm not nauseated. I have been regular. It just hurts and is uncomfortable. Could it be a virus?
