You shouldn't continue to live a lie when you know that the love that you share is not the same. It just make the heartache worse, and the pain will drive you insane. What is the use of holding on if you can't be friends because that will destoy any real feelings you may have for the person.

Rarely will you find any kind of partner that loves you the same WAY that you love them.
Whether or not the AMOUNT of love expressed is ENOUGH-- well that's a different angle, and up to you to decide-- who would want to stay in a relationship where they don't feel loved? If I want to experience THAT, I can talk to that a**hole deli guy down at the store-- but I wouldn't want it from my own mate...
Communication is what it's all about. Either you negotiate a way to get more love out of it or you move on-- because you don't sound happy now...
Good Luck :)

Everybody loves differently. Some people visually some audibly and some kinesthaetically. This means that some people prefer to show love in different ways such as hearing, 'I love You' or being touched, or being given flowers. If your lover gives love by saying I love you, but you prefer to be touched, then you wont feel as though they love you. If they say they love you, then I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Try communicating and telling each other what makes you feel loved.

Does this person tell that they dont love you or do you just feel like they dont?
Never assume what another feels - it may be completely opposite to what you are thinking - they may just have a hard time expressing it, or you may be saying and doing things to upset them and are not aware that this is the case.........
Talk to them.... you might be surprised.

No. Don't you deserve that same kind of passionate love for yourself? Won't you always wonder if you are missing the real thing somewhere else? Life is short. Everyone deserves real love. Go find it.

we show love in the manner that we want it to be and not in the manner how our partner expects it to be.he may be expressing his love for you in the manner that he knows how and not on how you want him to be. try to communicate.i am in a relationship that has been such a tough one. i like how things are going on right now basically bec we had an open communication abt how we feel for each other. well, if things are not going right and if you feel battered then, maybe its time to get out of it..
