I've taken other drug's before, and this happened... but I was wondering if Zoloft would do the same? And also... can it over time destroy my sex drive?

Hi, ive started the gym, and ive been advised to concentrate on two muscles every time i go,

What order should i exercise these? shall i do chest and biceps together, shoulders and back, etc etc? how shall i pair up my muscles?

Also if i want a full cardio workout, what is the best regime?

This is no joke when I say this. Is something wrong with me that I NEVER burp? I want to and I am SOO jealous of my friends. All the guys and girls want to have a burping contest with me and I just get embarrassed. Every time someone burps I get jealous. I once drank 2 cans of pepsi in a row but not 1 burp. I don't know how exactly how swallow air but that never worked. Could it be I wasn't burped as a child? I read people burp many times a day while I can't remember the last time I burped. HOW DO I BURP?

Any ideas on how to trim down my beer belly, a nasty leftover from college? I am 6'0" and 200lb. All that I drink now is 2 cups of coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day. The weight does not matter, I would rather be 220lbs and solid than be 180lbs and flabby. I do not eat sweets and very few fried foods. Any excercise/ diet ideas? I live in a small town that does not have a gym so I will be on my own for fitness. One more thing any ideas on how to stop smoking with the weight loss process, I want all round better health. Is there a certain age you have to be over for a doctor to prescribe you viagra/cialis etc ? because im 21 and the past few months ive had trouble "keepin it up" and it never used to be like that, i CAN get it up, but it dont last long and i know there are overseas companies that will give you viagra/cialis without precription but they cost alot of money, and i have full coverage insurance, so i dont have to pay for them so im just wondering if you ahave to be over age 60 or whatever for them to give it to you or if theyd give someone my age it..lol

i have seen these products advertised on certain sites...and wondered whether they do work, or are just a con trick.
