carefully.
there's a shaver available at www.cleancut.com that provides a smooth, clean shave each time used. there are no knicks, bumps, razor burns. or ingrown hairs. it really is an A+++ product. the investment is well worth the $50.00.

Christ.. Sometimes I wonder if people answer to be helpful, or to see which one can come up with the dumbest (and not funny) little quip..
I used to shave as well man - My suggestion is to not pull on the skin too much to "flatten" it.. Know what I mean? I found that pulling to flatten the area caused bumps and nicks.
DO NOT use nair, DO NOT wax.. Hold a warm/wet towel on that area for a few minutes before starting (it softens the hair and opens the pores) - Use plenty of shaving cream, use a sharp traditional razor, and dont pull the skin too much if you can help it.
Good luck.

Yeah the easyest way is to use a electric razor, but one that has the thing that is basically a hair buzzer. Just buzz it off, it doesn't get too close to the skin. You don't need to be bals, just not have a freakin jungle. Thats what I do, and just use a pair of scissors (real carefully) to get anything the buzzer can't get.

First, ask yourself why you want to do this. Shaving irritates the skin, itches like fury for days afterwards, and makes you look like you're a cancer patient or haven't gone through puberty yet. Shaved pubes make your clothes stick to you, and that cuts down on air circulation, causing rashes and a very bad odor. The "better way" is to rejoice in your manly hair and let it grow the way nature intended.

I don't have problems with an electric. Use talcum powder before you shave to lubricate and dry.

Hve you ever considered plucking the hairs individually with tweezers? lol
Addendum for Brewcrewstyle:
You ask,
"Sometimes I wonder if people answer to be helpful, or to see which one can come up with the dumbest (and not funny) little quip."
Well, if you REALLY wonder that, then that surely makes YOUR reply the dumbest quip imaginable!!! Cheers!

In his imagination.
Serious, if you want it shaved so bad, find someone who does that professionally. It's possible.
