There is not enough information here to answer your question. Depending on the type of prostate surgery (there are several different procedures), it can take up to 6 months for erections to return to normal.

As to the urine problem, you really need to contact your doctor about that asap. He can tell you whether this is normal based on your surgery or if something else is going on (swelling, scarring, infection, etc) that could be hampering your urine stream.

Please call your doctor and, since you are calling him anyway, ask him how soon he expects your erections to be normal. Since he performed the procedure, he should be able to give you an estimate.
