My boyfriend over the past year has consistently had high blood pressure. Most recently it was 166/94, though he had gotten it down to 137/84. He is 27, 6'0", and weighs around 200. In the past year, he has lost 55 lbs and almost completely changed his diet and started exercising regularly. Still, his bp registers high when we check it. High blood pressure runs in his family, even among non-obese members.

He refuses to go to the doctor about this because he does not want to take pills for it (thinks he's too young). I don't think a doctor would prescribe medication for someone so young without first trying to help him manage it with changes to his lifestyle. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I contracted a bladder infection or urinary canal infection last week. It was incredibly painful and I was passing blood. My urine was like the contents of a month old goldfish bowl. I was treated with Triethoprim. Have I contracted a sexually transmitted disease? Are there any questions I should be asking my wife who is my only sexual partner?

He originally went to the doctor as his mood has changed dramatically over the past 8-10 months. His sex drive has disappeared although he does manage to maintain erections. He is suffering from depression. Has extreme mood swings. The doctor perscribed Lexapro originally and since we found out the blood test results talked about putting him on testosterone replacement. Hubby refused this. He is under the impression this was just to improve sexual function. I researched a little on the internet but would love any feedback from any men with same experience. He is only 30. It is my belief hormone replacement may help in many other areas other than increased libedo. I am also concerned about the high blood sugar. I had read on the internet that low testosterone and high blood sugar were both at risk factors for diabetes. My husband seems to think its really not that big of a deal except that it now explains why his sex drive has disappeared. Thanks for your time.

Problem:
The glans just poop out of the briefs during erection it hurts.
Everytime it goes back to flaccid the elastic band causes a snag and hurts.

If anyone has this problem please share your experience.
Do i need to buy larger briefs? Or change underwear types? I have been wearing briefs all my life.

how can u distinguish lymph nodes from cysts, or absesses?.. i have had bumps under my armpit and im just wondering if they are lymphs or cysts or maybe even absesses.. they are smaller than a pencil eraser. they arent red but are a little pink so u can barely see them.. they pop up kinda like pimples but a little bit less under the skin. anyways, what does a lymph look like and feel compared to cysts and absesses?...

I want this summer to show off my 6pack! My stats:
Male 29 years old, 5'8" (178cm), 158lbs (72kg).

Only the 2 upper abs are visible. I have somewhat of a belly and love handles and I want to get rid of them. I go to the gym 4 times a week and I do body combat and body pump.

Can anyone help me achieve my goal? (diet program, etc). I have a soft spot for sweets which I cannot seem to resist.

Hi!My name's D n i'm 22 this year. My questions is about wet dream, bit embarassin' but I hope that guys who have more experience can give me some advice. Like I dont have that much body hair and my penis is only 3.5 inches when it is erect. My sprem is all watery like and I havent grown any pubic hair. I'm 13 and most boys that are 13 have more leg and arm hair and what I can assume normal penises and have pubic hair. I'm worried I wont ever start puberty or ever get any taller, up (height I'm super short like 4'11 or 4'10) or in the basement. My arm/leg hairs are white not black only a few are black.
