My boyf has a very red scrotum, is this normal?

He wont go to the drs as he is embarrased, but he is very red down there. He doesnt have any symptoms, but he is red and his scrotum is very baggy. Is this normal??

There's a possibility that's he's got an infection or STD. the only way to find out is to see a doctor and do a blood test. Not all STD has visible symptoms. there's also a possibility he has a skin desease/infection. Does he usually stay in high temperature room, or does he works under the sunlight? If he says that it itches, that means he's got an infection. But the best way to find out is to see a doctor, that's the only advice i can give you.
