Like I dont have that much body hair and my penis is only 3.5 inches when it is erect. My sprem is all watery like and I havent grown any pubic hair. I'm 13 and most boys that are 13 have more leg and arm hair and what I can assume normal penises and have pubic hair. I'm worried I wont ever start puberty or ever get any taller, up (height I'm super short like 4'11 or 4'10) or in the basement. My arm/leg hairs are white not black only a few are black. I'm very worried. I've anticipated starting puberty at 13 ,but I havent and most have started or what I can assume like when they where 12 or 11.

Your 13. I know it's pretty much the worst age ever not to be the same as everyone else but there is nothing abnormal about you.

Sometimes puberty takes a little longer or sets in a little later for some than it does others.

The consistency of ejaculatory fluids is different for everyone. The simple fact that you can ejaculate shows you are entering puberty.

13 is a pretty normal age for the onset of puberty in males. It's just taking you a little longer than your friends. You will grow pubic hair. You will grow more in size (even your penis). Your body hair will increase and will become darker (assuming you are not fair-haired. You won't become covered in black hairs if you're tow-headed!).

If you want you can talk to your doctor about your concerns next time you see him. He won't tell your parents and he won't think you are weird for asking or, even, weird for not having the same hair as other boys. Besides, he'll already know what's going on.

When I was in high school I knew a boy who went to his doc and was told he'd grow to be over 6 feet tall. When he told us this I was (and still am) 5'6". We were all 13 or 14. He was shorter than me. None of us believed him. When we graduated he was still shorter than me. He'd gained a few inches but was no where near 6 feet. At our 5 year reunion he was 6 feet one inch tall. He was also working on his PhD in physics.

He was one of the smartest AND most popular kids in our high school.

I know it's hard not to but don't sweat it. You are you and that's what matters. If you can learn to be confident in yourself it won't matter how tall you are, how much body hair you have, or the size of your erection. If other kids tease you just remember that it's only fun for them if you cave into it. If you ignore it then they just look like jerks. If they mention anything about your penis, anything at all, simply ask them why they are so interested in it. It will shut them up and you will be the cool one.

Anyone can grow hair, even if it takes them a little longer. It takes a lot more to be confident about yourself. Even teenagers will respect confidence.

I'm sorry I can't give you a more precise time when your body will start changing, but I can't.
I can tell you that I didn't start puberty til I was 13. I was in it through the age of 15. I was a late bloomer.
Your body knows exactly when to begin the process of change, so worrying over it will not accomplish anything. Just be patient with yourself. You sound like a good kid.

At 13 you have a lot more growing to do.

Concentrate on your school work rather than the size of your penis.
