i have heard about steroids.will that help?if yes,how to go further.and if not what else will help?

This is a very common misconception. It is in his 'genetic blueprint' that his height will be 5'5''. Therefore it is VERY impossible to increase his height. Growth supplements SPEEDS UP growth, it doesn't make you taller.
There are surgical ways to increase his height, i saw a british girl in Ripley's o let the doctors break his legs and add additional space before framing it into place so the regenerated bone will be inches longer. OUCH!

Steroids are not the answer. That's just asking for trouble. Using them will give a person lots of health problems, such as heart trouble, which could lead to death.
Your friend is pretty much stuck at being 5'5. Height is determined by the genes he received from his parents. There isn't much he can do to increase his size, except wear high top shoes.

Oh, no. Steroids would not help.
There is NOTHING this guy can do to get any taller (except to buy lifts for his shoes).
No supplements, vitamins, herbs, drugs, minerals, exercises, devices, sports, stretches........nothing. He's done growing. Any product that promises to make you taller is a complete scam.

There is no way to increase your height. Why do people think there is something out there that will help them grow when they are an adult when there is nothing available?
