Yes. It's not as likely as with actual semen, but pre-semen does contain a lesser concentration of sperm.
I suggest your girlfriend take the morning-after treatment (call Planned Parenthood or the local health department) if you all are still in the time frame to do that.
And from now on, use a condom the entire time you are having sex, or consider another method of birth control.
Best wishes and good luck!!!!

Yes. Resoundingly. Yes she most certainly can. You have to put the condom on before you get near her. Condoms are cheaper than diapers, and I have the feeling you just learned that lesson the hard way. Congratulations. It's a boy!

Yes, you can get pregnant from that. Also, you can get STD's from it also. You should both have yourselves checked out for any STD's and she should get tested for pregnancy if she shows any symptons of that as well.
If you are mature enough to have sex, you are mature enough to be responsible. You should ALWAYS wear a condom. If you are not willing to act responsibly, then you have no business having sex.

You betcha, Little Beaver! That's frequently exactly how girls get pregnant. Remember, it only takes one determined sperm cell to fertilize an egg, and they tend to get impatient waiting for you to ejaculate, so some of them sometimes take off on their own. Sorry, I know it feels better without the condom, but the pre-seminal fluid is designed to clean out your urinary tract to make it safe for the sperm, so they can and do survive (and swim their little hearts out) in it as easily as in semen.

Yes your sperm and millions of them are in your pre ejaculate and it only takes minutes for them to swim those few inches to her egg. In fact she could be pregnant before you even get to the next day, so don't be stupid and not use birth control!

Oh yes. You need to limit your play. You need to practice safe sex.
