i am 27,male working in mnc.i have been masturbating since 13-14 imagining sex with males of age more thn 45 upto 60 & no attracn towards males of my age i.e.young boys nor towards girls.

Dear all, I have a problem of premature ejaculation, I'm 31 y.o and have it since long time, almost 7 years as I guess, at that time of got married. I am a 43 yr old white/mexican male and recently I've been having severe throbbing painful headaches,and I've been experiencing uncontrollable tremors or body shakes and for the last two days, when I've used the restroom, the toilet bowl has been filled with quite a bit of dark red blood. Does anyone know what could be causing these types of syndrome's? Anyone have any idea what my diagnosis might be? Or any preventitive measures I could take? I have lived a rough, fast, hard life and I'm presently unemployed with no medical insurance. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, because this is really getting scary. Thank you.

Okay, I wear boxer briefs 24/7 and I'm 14 and I'll be 15 at the start of February. I was wondering that if I keep constantly wearing something tight, will it prevent my penis from growing and/or my balls? Because, seriously, they're kind of small. Should I start wearing boxers?
