Pimples are caused by bacteria on your skin and in your pores, there is little hard evidence that any foods contribute to pimples. You likely inherited the bacteria that lives on your skin and in it from your parents. You can't stop it, but there are a lot of facial washes that do help, anything with salyclic acid works well. You need to get plenty of sun for skin health, and wash your face with soap and water frequently. l mean like 2 or 3 times daily, and that will help. Just washing your face off in the shower with water is not cleaning it and getting the natural oils off your skin that the bacterial feed on.

Wash your face with Proactive -- your face (and neck) will clear up, and stay clear as long as you continue to use it. It is a fabulous product!
Your skin will look clear, and feel soft at the same time.
Try it and if for whatever reason you don't like it (or the effects of a clear, smooth face), you can return it for your money back.
If you cannot afford Proactive this minute, simply wipe the affected areas with peroxide (a couple times a day - perhaps morning and night). It will help the pimples clear, but it does dry the face a wee bit. Hopefully you can afford the real thing.. real soon!

I would wipe my neck with an alcohol containing lotion. If you dont find it at the stores, mix equal quantity or a little less of water in alcohol, and rub your neck twice a day.

All I can think of is to wash your face and neck everytime you wash, and was at least twice a day.
