Shake your penis or bang it against the wall to get rid of any excess urine. What's weakness/reading/writing 'continuously' have to do with it? I can't read/write continuously either. I have to take a break to eat, sleep, etc etc.

but see the thing is,even though you seem to have a health problem, dont be posting questions like this on yahoo answers without any past references to your medical condition,because it will be difficult for anyone to help you without knowing more about you.
A lot of people surf this website, even doctors and professionals and such, yet an actual doctors advice in person is a lot better.
you may need prescription for your condition.
I frankly dont think its possible for a man to just ejaculate water, so i doubt it's normal.What happens to your penis when you're ejaculating sperm.
And considering you're so weak.please please consult a professional general practioner
if he cannot help you, he will direct you to the relevant department.

And physiologically you can't ejaculate drops of water. You are probably leaking urine. Just give your penis a couple of quick shakes when you are finished urinating.
