Men's Health - January 2007

I've had them from a young age, I remember first getting them at about 13. I'm now 23 and am getting them reguarlly and I haven't had them since 13 which was just the once. For the last 3 years or so I was getting them once a year or so but recently there coming back to haunt me about 2-3 times a month.
My mate told me he had some1 at his work who was off work for about a month when he had them removed. With my job I work a week on week off with only one other person so I know that wouldn't be possible for me to do.

What is the cause of piles?
How can I stop getting them?
Do I need to embarrass myself by bending over and spreading in front of the DOC?

I read the other day that eggs and celery help increase levels. Not a big fan of celery and eating to many eggs is going to make it windier than it has been lately.

Hey, my girlfriend is always complaining that I don't shave properly when I do! I use a fresh razor blade once a week and I use an electric powered handheld razor (with the small battery) I shave really slow and I go against the hair growth direction. Also if I shave everyday my skins feels really irritable, what can I do to stop this. Thanks!

How do people with penis which get upwardly curved on getting erect keep it inside their clothes? I mean if they keep it normally inside when it is in the flaccid state then when getting a hard on it will try to get upwardly curved which is not possible in this situation.
