Do tripizes muscle exercise for your neck. You can do it with dumbles and the rod.Don't work out with heavy wieght.Take a wieght which suits you and concentrate more on repititions.three times a week is good. Also you have to rest and eat well after your work outs.It also depends on your age.Shoulders develope to their full (completely) around the age of 24.If you are younger and are not satisfied with your shoulders, dont get frustrated and keep increasing your work outs.Just stick on to your exercise and shoulders will show up slowly but surely.Actually shoulders take time to develope when compared to biceps and triceps. So have patience. If you add more wieghts and do severe exercises , your shoulders may lose the balance and the skeletal structure of your shoulders may get affected. Also dont forget to focus on your chest.Because chest pumpings also help in shoulder build up.take care.

get your bar and choose a weight which is well within your range, position yourself with good balance, raise bar above your head and lower behind your your head to your shoulder level. (be careful or have someone spot you, in case you get wobbly) then raise again (so on) if you are working out 3 times a week to start try 3 reps of 15, moving up to 4 reps of 20 in 6 weeks. that will build your neck & shoulders. get yourself down the pool as well as swimming is brilliant along with the weights for developing and toning physique. good luck.

use a neck machine for your neck odviously. i would say if you are really focusing on your neck, do 3 sets (10, 8, then 6) but switch it up now and then. Do lat. dumbells for your sholders (holding 2 weights and raise your arms to the side)...3 sets of 10.

One might want to get down on his palms and knees then position his head antagonistic to the different individual's knee. Then push as in case you change into going to push him over, then positioned your head on the different edge and push the any incorrect way. Have him position his palms on suitable of your head and then attempt to carry him up, then have him position his palms below your chin attempt to tug him down. On each of those carry till the count number of 5. Counting in a fashion as a million Mississippi 2 Mississippi etc. in the starting up you do not imagine it really is doing any element yet after an afternoon or 2 your neck will be so sore then you definately do not ideas doing them. commerce of so each of you get a turn. seems unusual in spite of the undeniable fact that it does artwork

I think that pull ups and low rep exercises with heavy weights will do this nicely. Don't type with all capital letters...it's considered rude and "shouting" online. OK
