I was getting testosterone shots for over one year. Than I discoverd a vitamin that really helps. As a matter of fact there are more than one that I take. I told my doctor about this and he said he wasn't a great supporter of toster. shots. He stopped the shots and now I feel even better. Vitamin C. It suppresses the release of the stress hormone cortisol. Cortisol decreases testosterone levels. So, ultimately less cortisol, more testosterone.

Why do you want to boost your testosterone level? Elevated levels of this hormone cause a variety of problems, including lowered sperm count and hair loss. So....why dude?
