yes it involves excersixe . swimming about 4 hours a day then sleep 10 hours. then run about 4-6 hours then sleep 12 hours

this is a cycle i used to gain about 3 inches in less than 2 years. i am still doing this as i have no job . LOL

Yes
You can have your leg bones broken and streched a little at a time and gain a couple of inches. However it is very painful and probably not worth the pain.
