How do I stop scratching?

Every night my asshole itches really bad. Semi-unconsious I scratch it hard and long until I can finally go back to sleep again. However, every morning when I just wake up I forget what I did and rub my eyes and then realise it. How do I stop doing this?

you probably have hemorrhoids. nothing helps like some rubbing alcohol dabbed on that area. no kidding! takes the itch away. hurts so good too. takes a little getting used to. if the area is too raw you might feel like screaming for a few seconds cuz it also burns like hell, but that's all those bad germs dying, but then it'll feel all better. or you can just try commercial products like A&D cream or Preporation H. But it takes a real man to use rubbing alcohol. alcohol also causes the hemorrhoids to shrink.

oh, also, try better hygine when you wipe. get everything. use a cream or lube on the tp if you have to.

buy plastic very thin gloves, put the on and put some hot peper souce on the finger tips, let it dry and go to sleep with the gloves on, I promes you that if you do it in 3 consecutive nigths, you will be cure for ever, but if you do it one time only will not work, you will scrach your self and may even touch you eyes, but you memory in your brain is going to program your subconcience, and later even if you are sleping you will remember and you will stop doing it, our body likes repeating what gives us pleasure and make us feel good, not the other way...
