I hear that pineapple juice will effect the flavour (Q&A from someone else)
Is there a food or something to help keep up the level or slow down the effect of age in having less quantity?

No, semen production continues life-long, though at a reduced rate. Many people even in their seventies or older, are known to have sired children.
You dont have to try to increase the quantity, if what you are interested is to beget children.

Semen production never stops, its quantity decreases , not its purpose. Various foods give it a different flavour, try peppermint.

It's spelled....SEMEN.

Nope, it never stops unless you have something wrong with you. The testicles just keep producing the little boogers forever.

The pineapple juice myth is just that....myth. Semen tastes salty.
