No, there is no connection there. Pimples are from bacteria in the pores of the skin. They can be aggravated by what you eat, such as sweets, and some oily foods, but good washing will help with that. As far as your question goes, no, play to your hearts content.

It is possible a male that masturbates will get pimples, but DEFINITELY not because of the masturbation.

masturbation has nothing to do with pimples or any other probs. It is a safe sex practice. There r a lot of misconception regarding masturbation, but I can assure u that there is no harm.
