He has started puberty. A lot of boys start earlier than that. Good for him if he has started masturbating. It's healthy and fun for him.

Yes it may be possible but to be on the safe side it may not be his but someone else you need to talk to your child and be on the alert cause strange things do happen and this one is a little strange.

Yes its completely possible im 13 and i started maybe 2 years ago dont go hard on him though its the last thing he needs

there are different stages of puberty (see 1st link below). in boys, the testicles begin to develop and start manufacturing semen, the penis starts to lengthen and attain more girth...then pubic hair begins about the time axillary hair starts...then extremity (leg hair starts) then wispy hairs on the face, the voice starts to deepen....
read about the tanner scale (link #2)
so, your young man may be masturbating or having nocturnal emissions (wet dreams) even though you think that he may not be developed, he may very well be under those boxers...

you r probaly starting or have stated puberty. Im also 11 and have started puberty. If u have hair around your p****, then u are starting puberty, like me.
