When I joined the army as an 18 year old man our drill instructor advised us that masterbation or homosexual activity was strictly prohibited. Thus we were forced to take drastic action in order to relieve ourselves. When it was lights out, those bunk bed springs were a squeakin.

The reason for the kock in the sock was it was easy to get rid of any incriminating evidence.

No, I have never heard of this until I read your question.

OK. I have answered your question. Now I have one. I joined the Army in 1976 and did my basic at Ft.Jackson, SC. The Drill Sargent never told us about the "R in the S".
After basic I went to Ft. Benning, GA for OCS and still never heard about this.

That was 30 year ago...when did you join? Perhaps it was prior to 1976. Also you use Drill Instructor mean the USMC. Is the "Rock in the Sock" a Marine technique?

If anyone gets punished then in the 2010 election there will not be enough Democrats elected to the House for a six handed poker game. The people interrogated were not half as evil as the people pushing this investigation. The black community will reelect all their Democratic House members but that will be the extent of the reelected. The American people will hopefully get enough of this anti-American Bs and the "Tea Parties" was just the beginning.

I've heard of that type of technique, not that I'm a military man (or woman).

I guess it makes sense.
