i recently started usin urinals but i can neva piss right.....my d!ck gets hard and its hard to use it...even when no one is beside me, somtimes i have to stand in front of the urinal for like a min with dck stickin out then i have to run into the can... its really embarrasing and i hate usin the can.... wat shud i do

Hey everybody I just need some advice and help about my workout routine.For that past 6 monthst I have been goin to the gym 5 days a week for 1-2 hrs a day.Ive lost 5 pounds and have gained muscle.my routine consists of runing for 20 to 30 min wieght lift 2 muscles a day for 30 min and then cardion for 10min.Now what im trying to do is gain more mucle and loose more fat.so far ive hit a plataue i can not seem to loose anymore wieght??still new to this stuff any help would be great thanks!

my foreskin is pretty tight, it does not move back beyond the top thick head. sometimes when it is flacid (not so errect), I can pull it back gently, especially during showers and clean it. However if it is errect, it may move back a little exposing only 1/4 of the head.

Also I have noticed that during showers when it is semi errect, and I bring it back beyond the head, the head looks pretty clean (pink) I mean looks clean, however the lower part is kindof not the same. It is slightly whitish in color and does not look good.

Please suggest me ways to pull it back well when it is fully errect, any ointment or lotion. You understand ? the very basic reason is the opening of the skin is not wide. Also I am a virgin as I believe that this foreskin does not let my penis grow to its fullest and I fear that I will be humilliated in front of the girl. Also if I can try Viagra to see how it helps; any place where I can buy without the doctors prescription? Thanks in advn

I get a bit "active" with a girl at my work, and semen has gotton on my trouser leg (right on front og thigh!), i've tried Lots of soap and water but the white mark still lingers and even tho its a little faded its still very noticeable (well to me at least). Once home I have put them in the wash, I have also tried a heavy scrub with nail brush and soap. I will buy some new trousers this time- but at £40 a pair, I would rather not have to do this! Nasty little things. My friend Lou says to pour some gas down there and light it. Sounds like it would work. Now, I don't mind burning out the underbrush, it'll grow back, but I'm kinda worried about burning down the tree, if you know what I mean.
