first off, thats a morphed picture. but yes with steriods and other treatments, a man's body can get that big, but his genitals would pay the price

It scares the hell out of me too. I saw a documentry on Discovery H&H channel the other week about body builders, the lengths they go to and there were blokes on that that weren't all that far away from that guy. Basically they inject loads of steroids directly into their muscles, work out all the time and eat high protein diets.
Problem is it absolutely screws the insides of their bodies, one guy on there was in his late forties and had suffered two heart attacks and a stroke as a result of his efforts to get like that. Another guy got rushed to the ER cause his muscle got infected at the injection site and he nearly died from blood poisoning,
The worst side effect of all though is that the drugs make your manhood shrivel up.

I've seen several documentries about the extremes of steroid taking and the effects on bodies, though they looked very muscular etc they weren't quite like that photo...lol

i have no clue but that there did scare me when it popped up on the screen neone like that is obviously just selfish and can never hug neone cause they will crush them........lol :D

i learned about like steroids all year last year and unfortunately, its most likely real. if you want to be even more "disgusted" ( depending on how human you are), you should see women on steroids. its enough to make you puke.
