U can't hav ur muscles built without working on a gym.
U hav 2 lift weights at Gym or at ur home itself.
To keep ur body fit n strong u can go daily 4 jogging in d morning.
JOGGING
Daily jogging is d best thing 2 loose ur weight.
Joggin shud b early in morning, in places where therz less pollution is preffered.
Jogging has following advantages:
1. It helps 2 loose weight quickly.
2. It helps 2 maintain proper shape (figure) of d body.
3. It helps 2 increase height.
4. It keeps ur skin free of acne.
5. It also adds 2 beauty 2 d skin, u will start looking beautiful.
6. It helps in proper body functioning.
7. Makes immune system stronger so that body doesn't contract diseases easily.
Try this if u dnt want 2 work out at Gym!...

hard labor. split wood w/ an axe, unload trucks, work in a warehouse, move furniture, get a job as a laborer on a construction site. fight forest fires
All those jobs will not only give you a good body but a lot of core strength

If you need a body shape, then gym is the utimate solution.
You can do basic exercise which will not affect if you stop doing them.
