Included with SSRI drugs that can cause delayed ejaculation, are NSAIDs, (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) Narcotic pain medications, and certain blood pressure medicines. Some doctors will prescribe a patch, called Androderm, to increase your testosterone levels which may be down as a result of depression.
I editted myself because I mistakenly wrote the wrong class of anti-depressants.

This may be related to your depression and AADH, but it could be something else. Are you circumcised? A lot of circumcised men can't ejaculate from normal intercourse and have to finish "by hand." Are you able to ejaculate when you masturbate? If not, you definitely need to consult your doctor. And it wouldn't hurt to ask your doctor anyway if any of the meds you are taking could be involved. Don't be embarrassed - the doctor has heard it all a hundred times before. He or she will not make fun of your problem or otherwise ridicule you.

Do you take an SSRI as an antidepressant like Prozac or Paxil? One of the side effects is difficulty ejaculating, or worse, painful ejaculation.
Other than that, this is pretty common and is discussed quite a bit in the sexual health literature. Don't focus on it.

Have you tried having sex with a man. It could be your case. Release yourself, before it's too late.
