am a 26yr old str8 male . but i am constantly horny . are me the only person that get aroused in public showers / male changing rooms and have to try to hide it ?????

No, you are not the only male with this problem. I would suggest you change with your front facing the lockers -- and only take a public shower when absolutely necessary.
Gay? Well, I sort of doubt it. You might be bisexual. Yet, like someone else has already said, gay and bi men rarely if ever have the problem you have described. You may have some exhibitionist tendencies or at one time, you became aroused while in a locker room and you now continue to get an erection.
Did this occur when you were in school, as a younger person?

Bless you. Women get aroused aswel you know but the only difference is us girls really dont have anything to hide. Im SURE your not the ONLY male to be aroused in showers n changing rooms? Im guessing this is with other males???????
Are you totally confident in your sexuality?????? If you arent then this will be an area for you to explore, maybe?
If you are totally 100% confident in your sexualtiy it maybe just due to seeing others naked.......not really sure? Im gay myself. I never been aroused myself in a shower room with other girls even though ( at the time i knew i was gay) just hadnt experimented then.
Have you not got a close friend you can trust that you could talk to about this? Doesnt nessassarily have to be a close male friend, but someone (male or female) who wont laff at you and will be honest and understanding?

Most men, gay or straight, don't get erections in this situation - but some, gay and straight, do. Washing the genital area is going to make things worse, so no touching! Next, try to think of work, study or some other non-sexual issue. Work through a math problem, or think of something very sad (when a relative died or something similar) when you feel the erection starting.
Unless you become fully erect, most people are not going to notice. All men have had erections at times they don't want them, so don't worry too much about it.

No you are not the only one. It is just probably the fact that you are nude in front of other people that is arousing to you. You should get more relaxed and less aroused the longer you keep going to public changing rooms and then you will not be getting aroused.

You could save yourself the embarrassment by avoiding public showers. If you're 26 years old no one is forcing you to take public showers, unless you're in prison or the military.

Perhaps its the sensation of your dick being free that gives you a hard on. Try and have a wiz before visiting these places to try and curb the arrousalness. Think about something NON sexual..
