Remove the testicles carefully with one fell swoop... the lack of bloodflow will cause the lobster to release it's grip and everyone will be happy.

Go to the hospital. They will numb it for you though the injections will be painful at first. If you are joking then I suggest read a book and bore the lobster to death. Eventually he lets go.
