i recently started usin urinals but i can neva piss right.....my d!ck gets hard and its hard to use it...even when no one is beside me, somtimes i have to stand in front of the urinal for like a min with dck stickin out then i have to run into the can... its really embarrasing and i hate usin the can.... wat shud i do

If you really have to go bad, you will get an erection. Try going more often during the day.
Or, you may have to continue using the stall, That's ok, many guys do and they don't care how you piss anyway. I use it all the time , I leave the door open or lean on it when I go so they don't think I am doing anything weird.

After puberty it is normal to have spontaneous erections, it is OK to wait a while until it goes down. If you wait until your bladder is bursting, that can aggrevate the erection. Most guys wake up with an erection and a full bladder, and many of us get in the shower, soften up under warm water, and piss there.
If the problem is you can't piss when anyone else is in the men's room or even if you are afraid that someone will come in and you cannot go, then you have a common condition known as stage fright, or bashful bladder, or shy bladder, or pee shy. The medical term is paruresis. It is both a physical and psychological condition. And if you can go OK in the privacy of a stall, then use it and forget the urinal. And if you just cannot pee in any public place but can go all right at home, then nothing is probably physically wrong. If it is difficult to urinate even in the privacy of the bathroom at home, then you need to see an M. D. to be sure it is not a physical disorder.
This problem is very common for many men and for some women and usually begins in adolescence but can begin at any time.

You will eventually grow out of it. Try standing there much longer than you are comfortable. Eventually you will be able to pee in a urinal.
I had the same problem as a young man...not to mention I always got erect in the shower at school.

There is a physiological explanation for your problem. Your "plumbing" is set up so you won't accidentaly urinate while having coitus. To resolve your problem, bend forward a bit and push your butt back. This should allow you to urinate though aroused.

As like as any young guy whining about unwilled erection, even in a pubblic place, you need a regular sexual life with friends or alone. Therefore, try to wa.nk more (every day or more even!)

USE THE STALL INSTEAD OF THE URINAL. STALLS USUALLY HAVE DOORS ON THEM. THERE ARE WALLS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE STALL SO THAT NO ONE "KNOWS YOUR BUSINESS". YOU SHOULD HAVE A BETTER TIME OF IT.
