Porn performers are "athletes" in a way; the reason these performers actually get to work in the industry is for their ability to perform some certain acts with ease and whatnot.
Today's porn is also rougher than it ever was before. 10 years ago one had to illegally smuggle in VHS tapes called "Rough Sex" in order to see more brutal acts of sexuality which are considered common in today's world of porn.
Do remember that porn, although "real" in terms of lacking special effects (in most cases), is NOT a realistic account of what true real life sex should be. Porn is the visualisation of a male steretypical fantasy; it is a product designed for a specific target audience, and if the performers do not wish to perform these acts, they don't get hired for the job, and the producers end up hiring performers who will be willing to perform what they want, and what sells DVDs.
Don't get mislead by porn; it is "real" but unrealistic. People who think acts in porn are normal common sex acts in real life are sadly mistaken and in for a disapointing surprise!

People sometimes do get injured from sexual activity! How hasn't heard of rug burns, some of which can be damn near serious! Also, I myslef have bruised myself a bit one time my hubby and I had rather rough anal sex.... That one time did hurt a bit, but only afterwards... Don't try to learn about real life from porn. Porn is a business - big business - and they'll show any ugliness sickkos will pay to watch. Don't support this industry - learn about life on your own - t's much more pleasurable.
